Chrysilia is a soundtrack/symphonic/folk metal band based in Athens, Greece. Initially a concept child by musical actress & rock performer Chryso Stamatopoulou, composer/keyboardist Elias Pero (ex Sovereign) and producer Bob Katsionis (Firewind, Outloud), this quickly evolved to the formation of a band with a full album, having already and successfully demonstrated their work in front of large audiences. Their debut album “Et in Arcadia ego” was released in October 2017 via Lion Music Record Label, Finland, containing an elegant but also dynamic amalgam of folk, soundtrack music & heavy metal, which has received enthusiastic reviews worldwide and a strong European following, leading to more than half a million views for their five official video clips to date.
